Management experience, talent and tenacity Unique products or services that clearly address real market needs Sound business models and practices leading to early profitability A clear and comprehensive business plan including exit options Positive and demonstrable social, environmental and financial community impact Once these criteria are met, the fund screens potential transactions by conducting preliminary personal interviews and a complete business plan review. If all signs are encouraging at the completion of this initial process then additional due diligence is undertaken.
